DESCRIPTION Walking Route
Visit to the monumental trees at the Giacomo Leopardi Gardens, with a description of the plant species. Route through our hills, passing through olive groves, wheat fields and alfalfa, telling anecdotes and historical notes of the origins of Mondavio and the Della Rovere family. Stop at Villa Ginevri, visit to the small church and the centuries-old cypress trees. Walk back to Mondavio, information on the flora and fauna of the area with a passage through the “roccolo” (ancient structure used to capture migratory birds) and return for lunch at the moat of the Rocca Roveresca.
Departure on foot in front of the Hotel La Palomba- Mondavio at 9.00.
Arrival at the moat of the Rocca at 12.30 for brunch

DESCRIPTION Bike Route
Visit with a cycling guide. The route starts and ends in Mondavio. It is a 31 km panoramic walk, crossing four historic villages (Mondavio, San Lorenzo in Campo, Fratte Rosa and San Andrea di Suasa). Stops at some valuable points of naturalistic interest (tulip field) and artisanal (Giombi terracotta). After Fratte Rosa there is a tasting stop at the Terracruda Winery.
Meeting at 8.30. Departure in front of the Hotel La Palomba – Mondavio at 9.00.
Arrival at the Rocca moat at 13.00 for brunch.
